At L8, Barbarians should get 120% speed here in EfU. Currently it's between ~ 145/160.

I think this bug report still applies. I've noticed the same thing too, and I'm nearly certain the boost at level 8 is too much.

The scripting should be giving them a 20% increase, in theory.

I'm reducing that for v1008 -- see if that decreases the actual speed increase to the right level.
