For some reason it seems like the L8 Barbarian "Hafur" played by Osxar Maxon (SP?) walks at nearly, or just over 150% speed. It was fixed for a while, but it seems like it came back.

Barbarians do get an additional speedup at level eight. Are you sure that this is a bug?

Yes, definitely a bug. Their speed is beyond doubt far too much.
