I have been planning events centred around the regeneration of Sanctuary, a topic about which my companions and I are most deeply concerned. We had recently been making much headway towards goals discussed with one Councillor Runehammer. My efforts are stalled in part, however, by a sudden lapse in communication. To this end, I have taken the liberty of having the relevant documents retrieved from the Scribe's archives, and have included them here.
