I write regarding a recent discussion I held with Councillor Runehammer, in which my request for quarter beneath the Sanctuary Arena was approved. This matter was also agreed upon by the acting Arena Steward. The sense in which this concerns you, as I understand it, is that I am advised to seek you concerning access to keys for the Arena chambers.
