Thomas's inn exit/enterance stuck in a wall

The door into the inn of undeath can cause people to become stuck in a wall if someone with summons comes out before them, it takes being blacked out in some cases and maybe DM aid to fix this. Maybe the entrance could be changed in a way that getting stuck is impossible, less likely, or maybe add some form of unstuck command. Thanks!
