Automatic character deletion

Can something be added to allow us to remove unwanted characters from the server vault without bothering a DM? Even if they are tossed into some other folder for recovery options, so long as they don't show up on the selection screen anymore! :)

It doesn't have to delete the PC. What I've seen done, is not a deleter, it simply renames the .bic to .bak so that it doesn't show in the vault.
