[LPFF] Canal Bats Quest

This quest seems to be spawning rothe.  I am unsure if this is intentional but I am guessing it isn't.  Additionally, while this is more of a suggestion, I feel that the end boss is a bit too powerful for the level range of 2-5.

Rothe shouldn't be there. Strange it didn't happen before. I'll check the boss, but it seemed fine when I did it.
