Problems logging on

i dont mean to bother anyone but ive been trying really hard to get on this server and I really need a little help. I tried to ask other people they dont understand whats up either. i finally got to the point where i could run the game and i even connected to the server and was making a test pc with all recommended settings to make sure it worked before i put work into one and i got auto booted at the end because i forgot to change to the new cd keys i requested from gog. so i changed my keys and now when i try to connect (and i know its the right ip, even shows up in my history) it says server is not responding and connections timed out. i cant even get back to the character selection screen. please help.

I have this issue every day, and it is resolved with a router reset. Maybe try that? Good luck and welcome to EFU.

I dont have acess to the router sadly but for whatever reason it let me on today. New issue though I made it all the way to the quest where you get a sending stone and when I tried to enter the house of governence i crashed, said NWN has stopped working, and now when i try to relog since its trying to load that same map I just crash again. Any ideas why?

Usually a graphics issue. Lower all of your graphic settings and turn off any of the fancy graphic features. If that works, you can then slowly turn features back on and increase the graphic settings till you turn on/activate whatever was causing the issue then roll back from that.

- Crosscheck your haks with the manual installation list.

- Run nwn in compatability mode for windows xp as administrator.

- Make sure you have installed the 1.69 critical rebuild for hotu/sotu
