New spawns in the Canal

To better represent the corruption of the Machine to the natural wildlife, say, in the Canal District and the waters therein, would it be appropriate to have- say, polluted and mutated wildlife and plants there? Like, two headed sharks, twisted plant growths, etc... to better represent the corruption and the crap the Machine spews out into the waters. Kinda like how we had withered deer in late Efu:m.

This would be pretty neat.  It's hard to tell someone how the machine is doing something when they walk out and it's all lovely.  Since EFU is WYSIWYG this would be sweet!  

You could change them to glow green or even just rename spawns, make them weaker or more powerful as needed.  This could start basic in the water areas of the 'canal' and in the water areas of the 'canal ward'.

Not to mention it is woefully under-spawned.  I can't count how many times I enter the area and absolutely nothing spawns.

I definitely agree with this. More mutants and perhaps even addicted monsters coming to get their fix or dealers getting their supplies.

Either way, it is a bit under represented. At least outside of the sewers.
