Wanted Criminals/Aberrants

I've always had a ton of fun organizing hunts for the criminals on the Watcher boards and the critters on Laire Krovan's, and it's disappointing how infrequently they seem to be added! Even with the server up for over 24 hours, I've never seen more than two or three of those wanted boards get used. A lot of the time, the server can go through multiple resets without any being added at all.

Would it be possible to up the rate at which these mini-quests activate, or maybe even have one of each available immediately on reset? They aren't particularly lucrative from what I've seen, but they're a great way for players to get outside the Shield for a real roaming patrol without coming back empty-handed.

As an addendum, it might be neat to have a set of Machine-related bounties for the Auxiliary. I know there's been a lot of back-and-forth about the Machine getting some love, and a few named scrappers would be cool!

The more scripted things that promote groups moving out together, the better. (and yes, the frequency AND the CAP (of 4) are silly.)
