An old friend of mine, while vacationing in the US, called his brother last week and stated intentions of taking his own life. Nothing's been heard since.
Last known location was Durango, Colorado, and during the conversation he hinted at being in Ouray.

Alot more information is shared in the facebook group "Help us find Jin", https://www.facebook.com/groups/1617629668456080/?pnref=story , and it'd be thoroughly appreciated if you'd help spread the word.
It's a public group, and anyone with the slightest intent or desire to help is welcomed with open arms.

It's also suspected he may have "faked it" in order to start over fresh. His family's already accepted his leaving, but, understandably, would very much so like to actually -know-. As would I.
For several years he was much more than a friend, but family.
He helped me through some very tough times, and it's difficult to explain just how much it hurts, to have been unable to do the same.
At least I may be able to help the family.

Thanks to everyone who's helped, given thoughts, given prayers, everyone who even just took the time to read the stuff.

Earlier today, Jin was found, deceased, in his crashed rental car.
The search is finally over, though, not with the results hoped for, if the ones sort of expected.
At last his family has some closure. We all do.
