Place a Messenger Child in the Sanctuary Warehouse

It's located far away from the server hub of the Trade Hall, Grotto, and the House of Governance. I think putting a messenger child in the Sanctuary Public Warehouse will be benefial so a heavily weighted down merchant isn't running back and forth from shop to sending location to advertise he's available.
