Duplicate rings of Sanctuary

I am not entirely certain how this even happened and regret not being able to provide much detail, but it seems I somehow have two rings of Sanctuary on her name. I wish I could provide more insight but I simply do not know how this happened, period. I'd appreciate if someone grabbed and destroyed the duplicate, though. That'd be great :)

Pretty sure you could probably fix this by going and speaking to the Agent in the Illusion. He'll take away your rings and only return a single one going by other posts in this forum.
