Another year passes and EFU remains to entertain us all. 2014 EFU may have ended with a number and rants and raves, but in the end we can take from it one massively important factor, and that is quite simply the respect and dedication so many have for our little fantasy world.  So many people volunteer their time (thanks DM staff) and put in huge efforts as players in order to make this the best place around to do what we do, and so maybe some of us should step back and think about how we can make it even better next year.

If you can do three things differently this year in order to help improve the place, what would they be?

Mine are:

- Stop being a whiner / troll in IRC

- Lackey for WWIND and make her hit the prominent figures list

- Open the dumpster lids once more, and try to return some class and prestige to the antagonistic side of things. Since Wiggy has finally revealed himself and will no longer uphold said role, well,  I feel it is my duty to try.

Pup

-Stop being such a jackass.

-Drink less.  (see first resolution)

-Play more.

Happy New Year!

  • For 2015, I will have no lapses of sanity in my conduct on EFU.
I'll cross out this post if that doesn't quite work out. The lunacy can be strong in me.

Adhesive

-Try to be proactive
-Try to lead a player faction
-Try to embrace the conflict the above brings, rather than shy from it
-Most importantly, lead by example. I have a bad habit of giving advice I myself don't follow.

Clink your glasses together, lads and lasses, and let's see ourselves into the New Year with smiles on our faces and other profound quotes and shit. Whatevs.

xXCrystal_Rose

-Be less of a softie and employ harsher punishments to other PCs when warranted. That's the only thing that needs to change!

Unethical

Finally bite the bullet and roll something 8 INT.

Sankis

-Make a second character.

Ikaris-

-Do not kill again... (Unless it's self defense.)
-Play more EFU (Avoid confrontation with radical terrorists and drug dealers.)
-Make far less controversial resolutions for next year. (Someone out there probably thinks I'm kidding.)

Kinslayer988

My new year resolutions are:

1) Manage RL and IG better
2) Be consistent and patient
3) Role play characters as people rather than role play their goals/bios.
<SkillFocuspwn> no property developers among men only brothers

Tala

That's a nice thread.

Mine are:
1) Bitch less on IRC and just focus on having fun.
2) Involve myself in a bit more PvP so those PvP quirks will go away (I suck so hard in PvP)
3) Dumpster a Gracken PC

Sternhund

Run a plot involving VanillaPudding to completion, so he'll stop guilt tripping me every time I log on IRC. ;-)

Ryan

- Stay out of that one cell in Serena Tower

Pup

Our very good friend VP asked for '3' resolutions, so leave the weak-sauce.

Also, my answers were in no-way ironic or sarcastic.  I mean it.  Can't promise, but mean it.
