The Beast is dead, and so ends his tale. Thanks to team nature for being cool as always, and special thanks to KOP for sticking with me on endless late nights stalking around hunting for any signs of interaction beyond upper sanctuary. It was really fun to play a lycan again and I hope a lot of you were able to enjoy it too! :)

3. [hide= " Backstory:"] Koli Folkvardr  is a nomadic gypsy, wandering to and from everywhere. He is always telling his stories and tries to bring to life/light to the problems with the world. He doesn't do it for good reasons, he does it because fear, pain, and excitement get his blood boiling. To tell someone about a "little red riding hood" and then hunt them, playing with them as they race through the caves dressed in the red of their own blood. The irony, the poetic story. He is a man without a true patron and a man far too wild to dwell in civilized lands for long. Sometimes he feels guilt over what he does, but the humanity in him cannot win over the beast and the thrill and chase must go on, so again and again he is pulled back into his own narrative so he might expand the curious tale. To chill, to gloat, to kill; all in poetic irony. His days are spent roaming and seeking out others to hear his tales, delivering both warning and entertainment in one sitting. His nights are spent within the very stories he tells, unable to ever escape them, the hunger is too great. Victim and audience alike will take part in his fascinating stories. [/hide]

[hide="Notable traits:"] Koli will almost always speak in narrative, whether as lycan or man. While he becomes a bit flustered at the idea of it, he will break 'character' now and then to answer direct questions about his stories, but overall he will remain in-character as often as possible, even when concerning the mundane things of daily life. It's not about being part of any group or faction, its about bringing a joy and story and narrative into everyone he comes across. Victim or Audience.

Koli is put off by anyone that takes the world too seriously or that refuses to show humanity. Those who aren't willing to show fear or weakness are his foremost targets for the stories to come. [/hide]

-Balance within-
[/B]

  He was always listening to stories around the campfire of his people. They told tales of heroes, beasts, maidens, evils, and magic. When he was bitten his understanding of fiction and reality began to fray. Now he will seek out people who remind of him these stories in sanctuary and retell them in skewed form to satisfy his own hunger and twisted reality.

[hide="."]

* Relate all conflicts he witnesses to the doomed divine powers, and convert said conflicts into tales of the powers beyond fighting one another in the shadow of the end. The faiths in said tales will come directly from the actual proclaimed faiths of those he is watching and not be a thing of fiction.

* Should faith not be viable, the targets will be renamed to fit a fairy tale or other common folklore if possible. [/hide]

-The Director-
[/I][/B]

 As often as he stars in his own stories, Koli will look to implant other protagonists into his stories, and as they are created in "real time" it helps him to understand his own lust and hunger as he can witness them take part in it. These stories, like his own, are drafted with a touch of legend, a twist, and a touch of fantasy, and so the mis-truths within will always lean towards promoting others to actively hunt one another.

[hide=""]
* Observe public postings, gossip, rumors, and overheard happenings at all times

* Promote this conflict with twisted stories that are publically posted and left upon a "cliffhanger" until the story advances by his efforts

* Fabricate posessions, knowledge, or doings of competing groups in order to drive the hunt - Not all things will be lies or false, otherwise the tale will end as folk discover such lies. Often employ found truths, even among "allies" or "friends" as they are easiest to know completely and reveal actual facts about to their enemies. If they are strong they shall endure the hunt.

* learn of old tales, their antagonists and protagonists, and re-ell them with a twist (that often promotes the wild folk)
[/hide]

-The Wolf and the Hunstman-
[/I][/B]

Promoting himself all throughout his numerous stories, Koli enjoys the irony of being hunted. He will often select one of the most potent foes that come for his head as the "Huntsman" and look to grow their conflict within his narrative for as long as possible.

[hide=""]
* Promote heroes from the general populace and suggestively taunt them into action through his bolstering of their prowess and egos

*Distribute written stories about these ironic hunts drafted in a guise of legend and lore, completely inflating his own reputation as much as possible

* Seek to understand  methods to control himself, learn of his lust to hunt, how to better direct the hunt after understanding how the prey feel

Most importantly: Characters will be "cast" as prominent figures and placed at odds with one another. These characters will always be among those that Koli can observe and thus witness how others hunt and flee from one another.

- Overarching Agenda -
[/I][/B]

The world is already over for Koli, the end has come and the curse weighs heavily on the mind, and as a doomed man he wants each and every one of them to realize it in the most fantastic and dramatic way possible. Myths helped shape the world for thousands of years, they helped motivate warriors, educate the scholars, drive life forward, and so perhaps they can do so once again. As heroes and villains rise and fall, the strongest among them will become part of the final act. Transformed in his play from myth into legend and directed towards the end of the world, the Dread, these legends will either fall or succeed and all will know the fate of the strongest as they face the end of the world.

The few Screenshots -

The basis of his life, really

Scary shit in the dark!

One fun interaction with a pair. She subdued herself climbing (thankfully not FD)

Lastly, tormenting KOP, the FABLED ONE, with a story as they met a female

Goodbye Gentleman Wolf. I never managed to get you all those accessories :(

Sankis

He seemed like a cool dude, even if i only spent like 30 minutes around him.

Adhesive

Met him three times in three different places while wandering the tunnels. You know what they say about the rule of threes? Sadly, it was not what I had hoped it would be. ;_;7

Wish I could have roamed with him and heard more of his stories, but alas my schedule just didn't allow for it.

Here's my only screenshot of him, and basically what got me super excited about playing nature again. His story was amusing and fun to listen to, and watching Vlad get flustered had me chuckling into my soda.

Was fun catching you once in a while in the 'dark! Was hoping he'd get some more of a reputation and wanted status before biting it though.

Wow I thought he'd hold out for a while!  Fun hunting so much with him.  I got some screenies I'll post later.

"Amigo, you just wrote my epitaph."

THE BEAST had a soft spot for Groa, and I was privy to a very intimate moment between the two:

Vagrant Savant

Storyteller! It was fun being around him on Hagkir when hangin' out with wildlings through Groa. Seems like his tale barely began.

whiterabbit

Seems like a pretty awesome PC.  I enjoyed reading his forum posts.

Don't think this is too spoilerific...
