The merchant in the House of Trade sells some single use summoning reagents for 2 gold when people sell them to him. Could the cheap 2 gold throwable Firestones sold at a certain place be made to also be single use fire elemental summoning reagents?

Having been mucking around with figuring out focuses and themes for a while, from what I've seen the Fire focuses are exceptionally hard to find. I only know of one item that does it, it shows up incredibly infrequently, and I've not spoken to any characters who know where they're found. Water and Air foci seem similarly hard to locate unless I'm missing something obvious, but then a lot of the "obvious" choices for them also don't seem to work.
