Lets get more people to see EfU (advertising)

As the thread title says.

I'd like to start a mini campaign to get a few more people in to Neverwinter Nights and Escape from Uncertainty.  Based on the success of one of our friends posting EfU related links on to another forum somehow bringing some good players in here (you know who you are!) I'd like to try that method first.

The following rules only need apply

1-  Get PERMISSION first (no unsolicited/spam advertising, it's rude)
2-  No advertising on other NwN servers - they have their playerbase and I'd find it rude if others did the same to us.  Not enough to go around.
3-  No 'irrelevant' websites that might bring idiots in - you know the type

Feel free to use this pro-forma that Hound has kindly created.  I can't fault it, all the links seem to work fine, but if there are any problems post them here or on the other thread.

It should work on any forum, most are vbulletin these days and the standard URL commands tend to work on any forum I've seen.

Certainly things like erfworld, dwarf fortress, IRC roleplaying, game finders, larpers, these sorts of things will be the best bet to get the sort of guy who would take an interest in it, but it's a long shot.  If even one good player finds their way here though, it's worth it.  Sorta.

I am a long time member of the Dwarf Fortress community and I have an old thread in the Other Games section dedicated to EfU that brought some players over, years ago.

It is common policy in that section of the forum to not create new threads on games, rather to use the old ones. I do think though my my old thread is way too old, and it would be best to have a new one.

I would be happy to do this, or if anyone else wants to thats fine too.
