AC Bonus on Ogre

My PC does not appear to be receiving a +5 AC bonus, despite what is listed under EFU subraces. This is still the case after relogging/resting, multiple times. DM Caster tells me that it should appear automatically on the creature skin, but this is not working for whatever reason.

The way the Natural AC bonus works is that it is applied upon resting or transitioning to a new area. You will know when it kicks in because it will apply a circular spell effect over your head like you're being buffed with a bull's. If resting isn't working, trying moving through a few areas. On my ogre I would often jump into the water near Mycopolis to get the AC to kick in before going anywhere. It helps if you stay in the new area for a few moments instead of rapidly transitioning back.

If none of that works it might be a more serious problem!
