I've retired the Gloomwalker. I got a few good months out of her.

She was a concept to help breath some life into the Sacred Cave of Ibrandul, which had been one of my favorite areas in the module since I first started playing here last year. I'd like to think I succeeded, at least somewhat, on that front.

Big thanks to Tala and tinfoil who were always willing and eager to include me in stuff. You da best.

I actually had compiled a list of eccentricities I wanted to include into the character, and did pretty well abiding by them. Never once attacked a Deep Lizard. Never once tolerated glowing equipment in the Sacred Cave. Spent lots of time holding up quest groups doing things like this picture below.

I tried to portray her as subtly mad. I made waves rather quickly when someone attempted to interrupt my preaching in the Square, and was crushed by falling rocks which wound up getting me arrested.

I... unfortunately don't have screenshots of that, or many of her shenanigans, because I allowed my screenshots folder to grow too big from my prior two PCs and thus it didn't work for a while until I'd cleared it out.

I scored four total conversions, which was rather nice. I think the additions the DMs made to the Sacred Cave (namely, free resting) may have helped with that, though.

She went on some awesome adventures.

And got some awesome loot.

[hide=I mean, really awesome loot]

Thanks to Halfbrood for the best RP prop ever. Seriously.

And had some rather enjoyable and memorable interactions.

Anyway. See you guys on the next one.

TheShadow

I only interacted with Corinne once or twice, she was pretty cool from what I saw, from the side lines. Looking forward to your next character :D
Forever in the Shadows, yearning for the Light.

tinfoilhat

Infinite sadness! ;_____;

Go'el

Great PC, really enjoyed seeing her from afar.

granny

I was such a fan of that armor. A shame you retired her before the armor took control of Corinne!

Blue41

You still owed Rictor some potions.

Good job repping Ibrandul, great cleric for a great god.

I fondly remember you guys preaching in the square. As people began to attack you/badmouth you rocks fell from the cavern ceiling and, lack for a better term, smited them.  Instead of them being in awe of the obvious divine intervention they go on to continue acting like complete oblivious chumps.

I am sure that wasn't an insolated incident so I congratulate you on sticking to your guns despite the almost OOC level of hate toward one of the most powerful deities in the new setting.

Tala

Playing a priest is really hard imo, and most cleric PCs just become buffbots. That wasn't the case with Corinne and I think you've done an awesome job with her.

I was really glad you joined the Sacred Cave and I had the best time and a front row seat seeing Corinne evolves even further. While I felt bad about leaving you folks, I was happy to see Corinne made the best of it.

The Old Hack

Corinne was awesome :( I liked her.
