Gareth Rauviane- Ordinant and Paladin of Tyr

Gareth died in a rather unassuming way, yet he was a blast to play.  He was my attempt to play a 'good' PC in a world where desperation makes everyone rethink morality; often leading many to take the stance of, "The ends justify the means."

He was a Tyrran Paladin, and Ordinant of the Society of the Ordered Mind.  Among the many goals I had for Gareth, he was largely working to get Knighted, and possibly become a Prefect of Sanctuary.  Unfortunately, neither happened, but the goals allowed for a lot of RP with a lot of the great PCs on the server.

Thanks to the Society guys for the good times, along with the everyone else I regularly played with.

Oh dear. Gareth was one of these quietly great characters, perhaps never really in the centre of the image but that hardly matters because he would be the canvas it was painted on; without him, the image wouldn't even be there. I loved this character so much and Chimaera deeply admired and respected him. This is one of those people whose absence will be sorely felt.

NOOOOO! damnit! really sorry to see gareth go, he was indeed an awesome character, often not really seen but one who shown brillintly none the less, and upper will be a little more bland and dark without him. I enjoyed meeting him on clover, mili, and cain, and i'm just sorry i didn't spend more time with him. Looking forward to your next character, good job!

Gareth was a badass paladin and had a huge impact on Logan.  His virtue and example lead her to consider her own moral compass and rethink her philosophy of the ends justifying the means.

I only saw him briefly, a few of the times that I logged in to randomly throw rp xp around before disappearing into the night.  From what I saw, he was an excellent Society PC!
