Dyes on the Dark Lake

Right now anyone who can't access Sanctuary, from hated necromancers to druids to monsters, can't access dyes of any type- Leading to motley bands of multicolored men. Maybe a dye salesman somewhere on the dark lake, rather it be on Loliblipblop or Shaggaland or any other place, would simultaneously serve the nature inclined, the monsters, and the dread criminals.

Being someone who likes to dress fly, I'd really appreciate this.

Especially when dye barrels have a tendency to turn out HORRIBLY wrong.
