How do you port over a module?

I am about to rebuild my gaming box and wanted to know if someone could tell me how I can port over a NWN module that saves things locally.  I use the "Pretty good character generator" module to test out builds etc and I have saved a fair amount of stuff in the persistant storage that they have there.  If I just move the module file over will it carry over?  where is that stuff stored?

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

(Incidentally i'm "upgrading" the box from Vista to XP... and breaking the RAID 0 array and then moving to RAID 1, in case anyone was wondering why i'm rebuilding)

Copy the nwn folder from your old machine to the new machine.  That's all you really have to do.  You can burn it all to a cd or something if you'd like.  You may have to run the updater and recreate some shortcuts to your start menu, but the game will run fine after that.

You mean install the game on the new box to get the registry settings in there and then drop the nwn folder overtop?  or just copy it over (no install) and it'll run fine?

Thanks.

No, he means just copy it. I've done this and it works just fine!

Oh awesome, I had no idea you could just drag and drop the whole directory.  Nice.

Thanks all.
