A few things -

Night/day have been adjusted, day will be a lot longer now (dawn at 5:00 AM, dusk at 8:00 PM).

Hours have been changed to 27 real life minutes (so there's gradual variety).

There is a problem with EFUVS that we are working on fixing, essentially NWN really does not handle teleports well at all if the PC is moving when it tries to port them. As a result it's really best to make sure everyone in your party is not moving when you try to start a ship voyage or anything similar.

Another issue is that when PCs are in an area when day goes to night, or vice versa, the spawns don't disappear properly. So if it's suddenly dawn, you would need to re-enter an area (with no other PCs in the area) to get rid of the Nightrisers, as an example. Please note this is just an annoying quirk, it is not IC that nightrisers are hanging around during the day (if you see them, just RP it as being still dawn or something)
