Weightless trash box

As the title states, would it be possible to create a weightless box or bag items that players could simply carry around and place their trash within? It would function like a normal trash container with all of the proper warnings and alleviate the need for additional trash cans all over them module. I'm sure a little flavor could be added to it so it might fit in with the mechanical setting too.

I can see this becoming a source of accidents and grief, fast.

one time i remember having to find an IC excuse to dump some drugs in the garbage when a watcher asked me to come in to make a statement. i think being able to destroy contraband too easily takes away the sense of panic when you're trying to get rid of it at a bad time.

The server has a million trash cans in it. Would be best to just use them. But maybe make a loud and bulky gnomish incinerator that weighs like 20 pounds. And plays a lengthy emote if you place things into it to be destroyed. And runs on Baublium.
