Secondary Persuade has no effect

Secondary persuade EFUSS skill gives no mechanical difference in persuade skill - be that in actual rolls or on the character sheet.

Every secondary gives 1 additional point for 5 points in efuss. Are you absolutely sure?

I noticed this before too. Though at the time I thought it was a quirk with some buffs I had that granted a bonus to Persuade that might have somehow clashed with and denied the secondary persuade bonus.

When I tried, I added 10 points to Secondary Persuade and compared the skill points on the character sheet before and after (with a relog too) showing no change at all.

yeah... I've noticed the issue with the other abilities as well. I thought it was just me being dumb.

And that is for sure the case after relog/reset too? It's on my check list. Will come when ever I got time over the summer.

Yes, added 10 points in efuss secondary persuade, saw no difference on my character sheet. Relogged and all that.
