Now! I've noticed that mechanically holy water is holy water but always remember that for different faiths and races, holy water can be drastically different. And most evil deities make UNholy water. Just as a added bonus to spice up your rollplay you could incorporate this into your holy water rollplay. As a dwarf some deities use ale as holy water! Maybe buy ale and rp it as your holy water. As a priest of kossuth? Perhaps alchemists fire is your holy water. Ghaunadauran? Ol handy dandy acid flasks could be your -holy water-. Or as just your general evil deity rp it as unholy water! I've noticed holy water used in rp, but this is just a little something you could use to spice things up if you wanted.
