If Neil had any children, he would not know it. To drunk to care. Rest seems accurate, Grannie.

Horas...a very inbred weathered 30 years old.  Brother of Sebastian.  Father and mother...anything that fits works fine by me.

Corrigo

Thelonius would be offended to be considered directly related to anyone, as he wishes to maintain an air of distance from his McGlitt relatives. Rather, he considers all of them cousins of some sort.

This prelude is concluded. It's worth noting that the mysterious murderer (???) remains alive also. If you decide you want to abandon the PC it might be cool to check in with me and we could arrange a rendezvous with the murderer and bring the PC's ending to a more satisfactory close than pure abandonment.

I hope people had fun.

Never thought I'd have fun RPing trailer trash but I've to say I loved it. It's somewhat liberating to play as a trashy character that has no constraints... feel like I won't be judged because it's not really "my character"... it's just a McGlitt and she's expected to be an airhead who has no clue about societal norms, so I can just portray someone who's decadent without fearing judgement.

I'm really happy that I got to feel once more like one of my characters has direction, "life" so to speak, with so many PCs and NPCs in the character's background, aswell as a set of objectives now. I really hope that at least some of us continue playing these characters, I'd like to keep going with mine, even if my stats make me useless outside of social RP. I'll probably be the only McGlitt left alive, but if the McBlatts keep playing it'll still be interesting. =)

Please don't abandon your characters! It's sort of demoralizing to feel debilitated in combat but I think the roleplay doors that a prelude like this opens for us are far more conducive to having fun than a mechanically viable crushbot kobold-slaying machine. Can roll one anytime, but outlandish villagers deprived of morals and education come around once a year, we should seize the opportunity. =P

Hughes McBlatt here, I'm staying with the PC. Hope to see the rest of the family wandering about and stuff, if not, I'll carry the name with pride.

Enjoyable prelude, Howland, and a unexpected twist at the start. Can't wait to see how this all unfolds now.

Frostbite

Deran Mcblatt here, yeah...sticking with mine as well, rolled decently but I think I picked incredibly wrong class for my rolls lol...

In either case, It was awesome Howland and I also hope more people stick around.

And the mysterious murderer gives the family(s) one of many different directions to go towards.

Thanks for the prelude Howland, it was very enjoyable.

Hilarious to see a mob of weak peasants flee at the sight of pretty much anything and to beat up McGlitts and leave them on the ground bleeding. I will stick with Bryman until he dies. That will be soon, judging by his stats.

tala_kai

Haha had a blast. Thanks Howland.

I'll try to pop with my McBlatt as well from time to time

MCsMustDie

[tface="salt"]I am sorely disappointed with the lack of McBlatts and McGlitts that have been logged in recently![/tface]

Old Glory's ghost has been logging now and then. All those nightmares you got since the Nightning are not Dendar's fault but hers.

Someone is murdering McGlitts and McBlatts.

Rumors of a curse swirl in the darkness.

Can you find the killer before the killer finds you?
