Missing Spellguard Agent "Kant"

This just sprung to mind while having a conversation with another, newer, player about Zif-Uroti being from previous chapters of the server, but Kants was a really interesting (and involved) quest and it is a shame to have it missing from the server.

Perhaps with a few updates to make it seem more like a rogue Spellguard Agent has taken over part of the Machine it could make a return?

Seems like a good idea to me! But the loot would have to be toned down for this settings balance if it was brought back.

I think during the recent Targan blood tournament the -actual- Kant was released again. So he may show up in all his former glory! Or that was just an entirely different Conclave dude, so who knows?
