Spirit of the Hound | Urogalan Death Avatar Bug

I am uncertain if this is resolved with the higher level versions of the summon (I am level 6), but currently the 'Spirit of the Hound' summoned by Clerics of Urogalan using their Death Domain power gives enemies an attack of opportunity each time it attacks. This tends to result in fairly instant destruction for the summon.

If I were to suspect a cause, it would be that the creature is making attacks that count as unarmed without having the improved unarmed strike feat.

It's because it lacks a creature weapon, actually. Stuff like that normally has one.
