Spawn Point in the Canal Ward

There are two spawn points that I know of it Lower Sanctuary, the Crone and one in the Elven Camp or 'Sugar Sweets' territory.  I was hoping that one could be added to the Canal Ward area too.  There is fishing spots, fungus, tents and other abandoned buildings.  I believe someone could set up home there.  A bit self serving but it would be great to not have to walk there and actually live in the area.  Really, any location there would be excellent.

Of course, I could be missing one that exists.
