Boating on Dark Lake

I noticed today that arriving at two locations "Ruins of the Blue Mushroom" and "Lobliibloopbop" the Kuo-Toa captain did not reappear on the dock, thus stranding me at said locations.  The first time I took the boat to "Lobliibloopbop" this reset the captain did appear properly, but when I went back again the dock was empty on disembarking.

The Kuo-Toa don't linger at Blue Mushroom. I believe this is intended?

I can't speak for that one, but the Kuo-Toa is certainly meant to be present on the pier at Lobliibloopbop as there is no other way off the island.

That is definitely a bug.

He disappears when someone else takes a ride and you have to wait until the journey end. No idea if this is intended or not.

1 - Deliberate that he doesn't stick around at the Blue Mushroom, he has no reason to.

2 - Almost certainly someone else was just taking the Loblobliiiblop rafter, had you waited he would have returned... if not that would be a bug.

Came back two and a half hours after initially logging and the rafter was still not present.
