MAGIC

Narwen was a Spring Elf who left her paradise home because of some troubling portents. Her kinband died as they were exploring the desert for answers and allies, and she arrived at Ephia's Well quite traumatized by this, but determined to move forward.

I played her as very driven by her emotions, but also emotionally walled off until things came to a bursting point. And she was also the sort to make mountains out of molehills. She had a very strong sense of family and loyalty, but was also very sensitive to slights and snubs. And she was willing to go to any lengths to protect her people and home.

She tried to forge a treaty between her home and Ephia's Well, and I guess she was semi-successful at that - but it was only an informal treaty at the end, not something that the Legates at the time seemed willing to sign into law. And in time, it was forgotten.

She joined the Balladeers because she was terribly lonely, then due to some fucked up things, ended up joining the Sisterhood. She went from not really caring about history in lieu of the present, to slowly starting to become interested in the stories of the past - to the point where she was almost a loremaster just by osmosis and the events she had partaken in. She was always torn between two worlds and never really felt like she belonged to any of them.

It's been a wild trip, Narwen accomplished a lot of stuff. She participated in so many permadeath events. Thanks to the dms for letting me throw a magical hero quest play, which resulted in the Ayabassim coming to Ephias Well's aid in Arslan.

Thanks to all the people who interacted with her over these years, who enjoyed her silly stories, poems, songs, paintings and her brand of mysticism. It's been a lovely experience.

Screenies later.

Zickery

It's a testament to how incredible this character was that it's difficult to envision the chapter without her. Astoundingly well done, and thank you for playing with us in the Sisterhood. We'll miss you.

Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi

Fantastic work. She had a real character arc within the Sisterhood that was really great to see play out. We will indeed miss you.

load bearing PC, there for a great many moments of mine across 2 different PCs.

the landscape absolutely won't be the same with her gone. rip

-UnholyWon-

With every character I created, interacting with Narwen was always a joy. Thank you for playing such an incredible character!
Discord - Howlando: UnholyWon, an Elder Thing that has crawled from the depths of Chapter 1, many a nature-pc and adventurer played in the past... a rare sighting IG in recent chapters, but perhaps less rare than we realize. Beware his professional insight into the minds of the mentally disturbed.

CrimsonMedicine

Things will not be the same without Narwen. Her kindness, her thoughtfulness. You did an amazing job playing her. From her songs to her knowledge of history. So much is now lost in her absence. You're a treasure to behold.

Egon the Monkey

Great character to lean on for my pursuit of Fucking Up Things From Beyond, and I'm really glad we did that Interview for Robert's biology book!

Zambition

Your best PC to date and I love how this chapter has really invoked that in the community, giving every player their magnus opus with more to come, with how great the narrative fits and the setting immerses you. Narwen was an anchor for Wheel based RP and you rocked it, alongside every other detail. Good luck on the next.

Pandip

A mainstay of the server and the v6 experience that will be missed.

It takes a lot of guts to jump ship on an officer position in a faction and try something completely different in pursuit of a character arc and it was great to see Narwen shift into different roles while staying the same familiar person as time went on.

She will be missed.

I enjoyed our talks, especially near the end. It's a great shame to see her go
