Honoured Lujayn,

I regret that I do not know what proper title to address you as in this letter, but I pray you are of good health and cool day.

Regarding what we have spoken about, I have set to writ three quests for students and balladeers to pursue in defence of the faith.

At this stage the total expense will amount to two thousand six hundred dinar.

I anticipate that we will need to reconsecrate several areas and this will incur a hefty cost as we replace the divine guardian statues that once safeguarded pilgrims against the wicked.

We may speak more of this in person if you have any further questions.

Yours faithfully,
Balladeer Aurelio d'Lyon

[Written in a meticulous and calligraphic hand, the letters sweeping and artful.]

Balladeer Aurelio,

The restoration of these sacred sites is a most fitting use of the funds raised by our League of Purple. While the League of Gold may dismiss such endeavors as "unprofitable" and the League of White may turn a blind eye to the desert beyond our walls, we of Purple know it is worthy to fortify our faith, safeguard those pilgrims who walk the sands, and make it known that sacrilege will not go unchallenged.

I trust these funds will afford the Balladeers of the Lost Hearth a respite, even if only briefly, from the burden of replenishing supplies lost to the war against the Thousand Clans. It is joyful to know the courageous Cinquefoil will see to this pious and needed work. How wonderful! I do hope the quests will be developmental for those newly inducted to your order.

I appreciate your leadership in this. Please do keep me informed as costs become realized.

Regarding my title - I have no official title. Though I am proud of my family's accomplishments, we are only humble servants of our Sultan. You may address me as you wish. 'Lujayn' is welcome.

Gratefully, I am
Lujayn bint Ghalib ibn Ahlam al-Farisyya
