Rhuk Nor is sorry this has happened to you. He is unsure where this box is, but he would firstly recommend moving it. The Rose are lawless fools who won't help, and we really can't do much if it's out by the Stockades. As he has been stripped of Champion and banned from Board Work, his desire to do much has dwindled. You will need to bring this to someone else in the Fourth while Rhuk Nor decides on what his next steps will be.
