Announcing the re-establishment of the Sublime Bank, under new management within the Scribes of the Sublime Garden, for the purposes following:

Administer grants and reimbursements to individuals and organizations whose works enrich our community, so as to ensure they have resources to continue their work. Charity, cultural works and other contributions ideal.

Maintain financial records at the request of citizens, such as notarized Wills, inheritances, banking, etc.

Assisting Voiceless in their advance towards Voiced citizenship, serving as aid in matters of wealth. Safekeeping, management of property, loans, etc.

APPLYING FOR GRANTS

Who is eligible for a grant? All residents of Ephia's Well, with preference for Voiced citizens, followed by long-time residents. Organizations may potentially apply, however the purpose of grants is to assist efforts that lack significant resources.

How to apply for a grant? Fill out the form below, and submit the completed form to the Office of Public Accounts. Send by letter or in person. One or more meetings will be scheduled to discuss the request, potential funding, and timelines.

What is considered in requests? Reliability and respectability of the requesting citizen. Proven results with previous efforts. Potentially, vouched and documented support by respectable citizens of Ephia's Well.

Other considerations? Documentation of financial costs of the requester's current work may be required. If you are interested in a grant, ensure that you have a clear idea of your financial needs and why you have reached that number. Expect to discuss ongoing costs.

What else to know? These grants are largely self-funded by the Office of Public Accounts, via wages and infusions of funding. Most grants will, by and large, take the form of micro-payments to cover ongoing costs of projects, rather than large and sweeping donations. Grants are intended to help keep community-contributing efforts on their feet and provide reimbursement.

This process is new and shall likely need some kinks to be worked out. Initial applicants are thanked for their patience, and suggestions are welcome.
