8 Tammuz ⠀	For their candidates in the Tammuz election, the League of Gold selects Sol Auk, the League of Purple selects Sephidra Niridhe, and the League of White selects Lynneth Llywarch. ⠀
12 Tammuz ⠀	Sephidra Niridhe drops out as the League of Purple's candidate for Legate, and Cyrille Monteglas replaces her as the League of Purple's replacement candidate; this decision would come to haunt her for the rest of her political career. Sultan Osman VI departs Ephia's Well for Baz'eel. Magistrate Argus Sesturius sentences the Twindari Shahlil to conscription in the Janissaries for the crime of desecration, assault, and the attempted murder of a Nadiri. ⠀

23 Tammuz ⠀	An Assembly is conducted. Legate Sol Auk (G.) carves the Accord Election Act onto the Stele of Law, banning members of the Accord from running for Legate; this decision would shape politics in Ephia's Well for years to come. The Sabotage twists the language of the law, and there was much upheaval. ⠀
28 Tammuz ⠀	Legate Sol Auk (G.) proclaims the Colmes Doctrine, granting members of the Accord and the Voiced citizens of Ephia's Well immunity from minor crimes. A great uproar sweeps Ephia's Well, and many speak about the need to check the powers of a Legate acting unilaterally. ⠀
29 Tammuz ⠀	Baz'eel intervenes, with Princess Faziima appointing Rashid al-Rashid as co-Legate to Legate Sol Auk (G.). The Colmes Doctrine is ended. ⠀

There, Legate Marcellus Saenus (P.) and Legate Rashid al-Rashid (G.) stand for Ephia's Well; alongside the Maharajah of Qadira; Azarmidokht the Golden of Kha'esh; and Princess Hasheema of Baz'eel. 30 Illul ⠀	The Battle of the Red Hill. Ephia's Well do battle with the Sibilant army of Constantine Diakos, suffering heavy losses. Amongst the dead were Lyrist Lynneth Llywarch, Balestriere Kragg Stonefury, Balestriere Gianluca Buenoventura, Balestriere Bruno Oar-Back, and many, many others. The Astronomers of Q'tolip deploy the Gravity Slingshot to bring down the Horror of the Blood Star in a bid to do damage to the Sibilant host, scarring the land with the beginnings of the blood-plague. ⠀

14 Qdim ⠀	Official Rosie Gunmper of the League of White announces that Apothar Estellise Azimi's membership in the League is terminated. Many took this as one of the first precedential instances where an Official of a League can terminate another's membership in the League. ⠀
16 Qdim ⠀	One of the first stirring of troubles from dread Qa'im following the Wicked Years - on this day, the fortress of Korumak upon the left bank of the Edutu is annexed by the City of Crucibles. ⠀
19 Qdim ⠀	Legate Marcellus Saenus (P.) is re-elected Legate of Ephia's Well with 28 votes. Domhnall Guivarch of the League of White wins 8 votes and Veshuib ibn-Dyaim of the League of Gold wins 1 vote. This would be Legate Marcellus Saenus (P.) second term as Legate of Ephia's Well and his first elected term, and it would be far from his last. ⠀
29 Qdim ⠀	An Assembly is conducted. Ambassador Theokra Rel of Banafsi announces a treaty of friendship and cooperation signed between the island state of Banafsi and dread Qa'im. The ill tidings caused an uproar, and a scuffle broke out in the Palatial Pyramid. Between that and the Legates raising a new, stricter version of the law, a brooker unleashes a terrible djinn in the Plaza of the Well, and was promptly executed for it.
