Greetings esteemed Headmasters.

I write this due to some dire circumstances within the most prestigious Sandstone College.  It seems many, many... students disregard the dress-code here.  When confronted some even MOCK it and blatantly say no one can stop them.  I for one think this brings great shame upon us all making us look like a JOKE to all in Ephias Well.

I humbly ask that this be strictly enforced as it should be!
