[A letter for Members of the Purple League]

Dear Purple League Members,

When I approached your League to enter into a compact between our Tower and your League, I presumed I was dealing with adults, or at the very least, human beings.

Instead, I have been rather troubled to learn that you are instead jackals.

I expected a united front and some semblance of cohesion, but not only do I see your League riddled with agent provocateurs, but your ACTUAL members are grasping desperately for the reins of power, thinking that there is a chance to reach the Legate Seat.

If you continue as you are, then there is no chance at all for such. The Tower will not treat with wretches and chaos. We desire stability.
