The right to call and martial the forces of the Hetairoi as a banner-force subsidiary to the Fourth Legion for the outlined purposes;

for assisting in the arrest of a criminal when so ordered,
for conducting operations beyond the traditional reach of the Janissaries
(special services or battlefields outside the norm will require secondary payments but cannot be denied),
for the protection of persons specified by the Fourth Legion in the interim of investigations, conflicts, etcetera;

and the standing rights;
soldiers of the Fourth Legion will be entitled to our services upon the eruption of conflict within the Well against agitator forces without special request,
that we shall not take contracts which directly endanger the lives of Fourth Legion soldiers,
that we shall not commit acts of murder, maiming or otherwise cause grievous harm at the direction of a Fourth Legion Janissary,
