Could you provide me with the information on who does the pay outs for the board contracts? I'm curious if it is independent contractors, the Cinquefoil Rose, or the Ba'zeel.

I am no expert in these contracts! However, they seem to originate from various differing sources, with some being more private, some more factional. Whomever operates the board takes a cut of the payment, as far as I know, with the Rose being just one such broker! Some contractors don't seem particularly picky regarding whom they hire... They just want the job done!

The wider the threat, the more likely it is that the contractor is some sort of state figure, or of the Accord! Then there's stuff like the rat jobs... Caravaneers around here are particularly scared of rats, so, occasionally, the professional rat-catchers pay a little extra to encourage folk! It's weird.

You should ask some sort of board expert for more information! Like one of the Condoterriers, or Gedwyr, or Zol Nur... I have vows against engaging in such tasks, so I know very little.
