Dearest Manta,

I am writing to you ask I would like to enquire about hiring you and your cooking expertise for a High Tea held at the Palm Heights Garden above the Gallery of Ephia's Well.

I understand in Ephia's Well we do not have the climate or perhaps the luxuries of a more classic selection that one would find in the many held from the Peerage Ward.

Please let me know the fee for the following:

Teas:
- Chai
- Assam
- Peppermint
- Chamomile
- Jasmine
- An infusion of herbs

Food:
- Scones (with jam and cream)
- Scones (with dates)
- Pinwheels (ham and cheese, or assorted vegetables)
- Cakes (assorted)
- Mini Quiche or Pies
- A platter of fruits
- Assortment of sandwiches

And coffee, for those heathens who will not stomach tea.
