[DM/PCs] Letter to the Fourth Legion

To the Soldiers of his Eminence's Fourth Legion,

At the recent assembly, a ban on Scorch and the Dretch drink were proposed. While a ban on Dretch is heavily favored, the opinion on Scorch was mixed.

The Legates wish your opinions on how severe a threat Scorch poses, and whether you would wish it constituted as an illegal substance. Please respond to the Pyramid, and these letters will be forwarded to the Legates.

I advocated for a ban on both substances before the Legates personally. I was assured that they were both in agreement, and that the only delay would be to ensure that Magistrates were informed, and no one was caught off guard.

I have no interest in waiting for the Legates to poll the public yet again to do what needs to be done. I would instead urge them to do what needs to be done. But I won't hold my breath.
