Great Serdar Yataghan,

I am afraid we have yet to meet, and this one can only apologise for such. My death and rebirth required a long rehabilitation period. This one serves as the Seat of Logistics for Ephia's War Council. The math never lies, and ever has it proven valuable in determining the courses of action taken. As such, it was of great disappointment when our chances for success in aiding at the Lover's Gap reduced from ninety-three percent to sixty-one percent when La Banda Rossa chose to disengage from the War entire after Warmaster Colmes removed Mirielle Rosseau from her position.

I had counselled the Warmaster against this decision, stating that her seat should be reinstated if only to keep the two forces aligned. Neither party would move on the subject, especially once La Banda Rossa made it adamant that they would not re-enter the War without Mirielle being proclaimed Warmaster. Once this occured, a 'non-negotiation' period was entered.

We were fortunate to succeed, but casualties were more than expected. While the Warmaster's rash decision caused this incident, his Soldiers fought valiantly and died in droves to secure victory from otherwise inevitable defeat. Logically, soldiers that do not fight are worthless, and akin to those who would simply allow Iakmes to enslave them rather than fighting. It grows ever banal to speak to those who refuse to listen, but I shall ever counsel them on this matter, as I expect you shall have your own words when you arrive. There is a seventy percent chance reason will win out, and this little bump in the dunes can be rectified.

Calculations will be reworked for the next battlefield. Please specify if you have anything particular in mind.
