Dear Union Representative, et al.,

Something unfortunate has come to my attention recently. As transparency is important to the Asterbadian process, I relay this information to you and yours.

It seems the deal the Union made with Legate Akna regarding the new District and its factories will not be honored by our current Legates.

To quote Legate Gloamingdaith when speaking to the representative from Gohari: "Aye, we are bound nay by the promises of a White Legate."
