As what is likely my last act as Legate this term, I hereby see filed and sealed the below Lease Agreement signed by both sitting and elected Legates of Ephia's Well:

Gohari has set the precedent that we can, in fact, come to such irrevocable arrangements. After all, we have sold Gohari their land for their factory. In the same spirit and legal intent, so it is that this plot of land shall be leased to the Sisterhood.

THEREBY: On this day, 22 Tabbah IY 7788, Ephia's Well is legally bound by its Legates to lease to the Sisterhood the land required for their Chapterhouse.
