Congratulations on your victory against the outlaw Osric. I've long suspected that he intended harm to more of our banner, though I had thought him fled to some far off locale.

As you doubtlessly know, the Scarp poses a threat to our Well's safety and its cultists engage in more than the mere casual murder to work our downfall. If you still have any of his effects, I wish to examine them to determine how far Osric has delved into Ninth Spoke esoterica. There have been a number of events over the past several months that I believe can be laid directly at his feet.
