Touch Attack: Dex maybe?

This is obviously a self serving suggestion, as I made a Priest with low strength/high dex thinking both touch and ranged touched attacks were based on dex. It's 100% my fault for not researching mechanics thoroughly but it's easy to see how a sub-class such as Priest, revolving around touch attacks (Inflict line of spells) being the backliner squishy in cloth having to need strength to land their spells seems backwards, or at least that there isn't a way around it.

If it's even possible I'd suggest some kind of adjustment, it's hard for me to imagine a touch attack which seems to have little to do with strength, being based on strength. Some possible suggestions...

-Takes the higher of DEX/STR
-Combat Casting lets you use the higher of STR/DEX
-A feat to grant a bonus to touch attacks (if that's even possible?)
-Maybe other options?

Strength makes sense, your target is gonna smack/wrestle/grab your hand away some of the time before you land the spell if you aren't strong enough. An example of such: https://youtu.be/nPGxSotEa-c?t=103

I won't lie I also would've thought touch attacks were dex, very surprised to hear it's strength. It'd probably be a nice change to take the higher of

Unironically, cast Divine Power. Perfect post-change use case for a +7 AB swing to hit for low str clerics.

I like the idea of Combat Casting working like Weapon Finesse for touch attacks, makes the feat a more viable option to pick IMO

It would be neat perhaps, if touch spells could sneak attack. Really open up that arcane trickster.

Maybe the Weapon Finesse feat could be used to switch touch attacks from strength to grace? Handy for fencer / wizards then too.

There are ranged and regular touch attacks, with ranged using dex and regular using strength. This might be more of an issue with which one the effects are using rather than changing the ranged touch / touch attacks themselves. With that said, I don't see why one would use either str or dex and the other still be locked to only dex.
