Esteemed Maharaja Ravindra Namahedu, Grand Admiral of the Fleet,

The struggles between us have been arduous. A regrettable affair that has gone on long enough.

Ephia's Well asks that you will negotiate with her, in order to stop the embargo.

The war that the Thousand Clans now wage will affect Qadira. There is no question about this. Through cooperation, we can at least assure that some of the effects shall prove lucrative for Qadira. With the faith and support invested in us by His Royal Highness, the Sublime Sultan, Osman VI, we shall retaliate against Iakmes' hordes in a most decisive fashion, and we will claim victory. Our allies shall share this triumph, and they shall share the tomorrow afforded by it.

If we cannot meet as comrades on the field of battle, then let us at the very least return to being partners in trade.

Let us negotiate, and labor to see an end to Iakmes' war.
