[A letter arrives at the Temple of B'aara, addressed to "The Honorable Gausim al-Marain." Enclosed is another parchment.]

Nisah 18, IY 7788

Honorable Gausim al-Marain,

I greet you in the name of the Wyld, and in reverence also to the Holy Mother and all the Wheel. As I have promised, in addition to my work on "The Fate of the Garden" which you have, I enclose an essay I wrote for the Sandstone College on the nature of the dichotomy of the Wyld's faith that we spoke on.

May Kula keep you in verdant health until we speak again.

Yours,

Sister Amélie

It is a fair work, this Reconciliation, and highlights a unique burden. But it also shows well how many of the Spokes grow to learn the Mother's patience and care.

Just as the Kulamet and the Wylde must weigh, so too the Izduan who crave wisdom and the Izduan who crave power, the Waradim who crave protect the traveler and the Smuggler who seeks to skirt known roads, The Wrothful who burn themselves in vengeance and the Worthful who burn others in vengeance.

Duality a common theme in much of the teachings, but it is because as we saw this day- Life a complex issue. And it is a welcome aid to the Mother that the dutiful Spokes may aid in her works as Overgod of the ecclesiastic bureaucracy. She balances much, cares for much, tends so very much. That each choice made an ease of her burden.

In your duty as acting speaker, it speaks well. I shall before sunrise enjoy a light meal and then read through your piece on the Garden.

I appreciate both your propriety and support, however in watching the spectacle I could not help but feel the acute pang in the convocation. Before you had arrived there was a call for a white league esque open forum debate, an asterabadian vote, a contest turning faith into sport to see who could convert the most to their particular spoke over another.

It has lead me to consider my sermon for tomorrow, in greater detail.

Though the outcome may satisfy their baser urges we shall require all of the Spoke to attend these proceeding to ensure they flow with care.

The amount of aggression, frustration, and self-loathing mankind has for itself is a new experience for me to be so exposed to. I am not unfamiliar to humans but most who arrived to Baz'eel in the times before were respectful and merely grateful to have a place away from the storms for respite and replenishment before they onward towards the King.

I begin to see why B'aara knows them all as children. For even these learned Priests racing about for credit by bellow and favor and privilege and status and so eager for attention, hand waving, yowling.

I begin to understand more of your priory's work in the Tavern I dare say, by mere proximity to such Human traits.
