 I have been speaking with the Atticus who was very much worried that if I do not send any funds your way that the Well will be caught off guard and collapse immediately, by the incoming, apparently impending Blood Storm.

 He means well, but I also feel he is suffering from the stress of the situation and does not see things clearly.

 We spoke many times of your need of resources, to aid the Refugees if they were to arrive, to provide healing and so forth, and you always declined additional dinari. I understand that, of course. So I shall underline, if such a need will arise, or if something specific would be needed, please let me know. Atticus assumes I should just send some additional funds your way, without asking.

 As such, give it a thought, and if something does arise, inform me.

We are honoured by your generosity, but please do not send us any dinari. The state coffers can do greater good spent elsewhere.

As we have told kind Atticus, we shall state here for the record: at this time, the Priory of the Sibylline Vine does not require any government assistance, financial or otherwise, for the continued production, at full capacity, of the Cure for Stern's Disease. We shall provide the remedy to all who are afflicted and who come to the Priory seeking succor.

The Government of Ephia's Well may count on us. As always.
